Yellow Mushroom in Clear Soup

Soak the ginger slices in water to get the ginger flavor.

Wash the yellow mushrooms and tear them into pieces for later use.

The water boiled and then another yellow mushrooms, so as to keep the mushrooms crisp and tender. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, add some salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving.
