Yogurt

Need yogurt machine, bacterial powder, pure milk. Disinfect the yogurt maker with hot water in advance and wipe off the water.

Pour a pack of pure milk

Pour a bag of bacterial powder, then pour in the remaining milk, and stir well.

Cover the lid and turn on the electricity. It takes about 8 hours. Do it before going to bed and eat it in the morning.

Tips:
If you don’t have bacterial powder, you can use plain yogurt instead, if you don’t have a yogurt maker, you can use a rice cooker instead.
The milk should be pure milk, not skimmed milk.
After making it, dig a few spoonfuls and you will find a yellow liquid, which is the most nutritious bacteria.
You can match it with the fruit you like. I use the reticulated melon at home. It is too sweet. I dig out the seeds and put yogurt. I don’t need to put sugar at all. I eat while digging the flesh.
This yogurt is pure old yogurt. If it is too acidic, you can add sugar or jam according to your preference.
It is time-consuming. Generally, you make it before going to bed at night and eat it in the morning, or make it before work in the morning and eat it after get off work.
