Yogurt and Fruit Mix
1.
Add the milk to the container, microwave it (usually I'm used to heating it to slightly open), and then let it cool to body temperature; commercially available plain yogurt, take it out of the refrigerator in advance to warm it up
2.
Add yogurt when the milk is aired until it is about the body temperature
3.
Stir well with a clean spoon and cover the lid
4.
Add about 50-100ml of water to the rice cooker, buckle into a deeper dish, the bottom of the water should be exposed. Plug in the power, press the cooking button, about 3-5 minutes, when the water is about to boil (about 70~80°), unplug the power plug. Remember to unplug the power supply~ There is no need to power on for heat preservation.
5.
Put it into a container with a lid, the function of the plate is to keep the container from direct contact with hot water
6.
Finally, close the lid of the rice cooker and keep it warm with the seal of the rice cooker itself.
7.
The yogurt will be ready in about 5 or 6 hours, and it will taste best when it is taken out of the rice cooker and placed in the refrigerator for a few hours. I usually do it at night before going to bed, and I can take it out the next morning and put it in the refrigerator.
8.
After refrigerating the yogurt, you can add fresh fruits and honey, mix well and eat.
