Yogurt Cookies

Flour, yogurt, and eggs are put together. I use homemade thick yogurt. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste. I put 10 grams, and I will add honey later.

Stir evenly and form a paste, let stand for 10 minutes

Heat a pan on medium heat, put a little oil, not too much, use a small spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan

Tips:
I use homemade thick yogurt. If you buy old yogurt, you can increase the amount of flour and adjust the batter to a fluid state.
