This is my first time making puffs. I’m a little scared. But fortunately, the pre-mixed powder is suitable for novices. So when the crispy plain puffs are paired with yogurt and fruit, they are so delicious. My confidence is back, ha.....

Yogurt Fruit Puffs

1. Each material

2. Butter steamed in water

3. Butter mixed with water

4. Add the puff powder and mix for a while, add the egg divider several times

5. Mix into dough

6. Squeeze the batter into a small batter and bake the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not turn on the oven halfway.

7. Out of the oven to cool

8. Cut in the middle of the puff, squeeze in yogurt and fruit slices, ready to eat
