Yogurt Lemon Honey Pudding

Gelatine tablets soak in cold water to soften

Heat 50 ml of warm water, add gelatine slices, lemon juice and white sugar, mix and stir well. Add plain yogurt and mix well. Pour into the mould and put it in the refrigerator for ten minutes!
Tips:
Warm water can be a little hot, mix with lemon juice, white sugar and honey, add an appropriate amount to your own taste! Don't refrigerate for more than 20 minutes, take it out and let it warm up a little bit before it can be backed up! Sweet and sour taste very good
