Yogurt Machine Homemade Yogurt

Disinfect the container and dry it first, or blanch it with boiling water, just to avoid contamination of bacteria in the yogurt production process.
Prepare the yogurt fungus. Take it out of the freezer and warm it up a bit.

Pour 200ml of pure milk first, pour in the yogurt bacteria, and stir thoroughly with anhydrous and oil-free chopsticks.

Then pour the remaining pure milk to 1 liter, or 1.2L.

Put the container into the yogurt machine and set the yogurt program. The time depends on the temperature. You can set a longer time in winter, 9-10 hours, and a shorter setting time in summer, 7-8 hours.

Tips:
Commercial yogurt can also be used, but it is not as effective as yogurt bacteria~ But if you must use commercial yogurt, the ratio of it to pure milk is roughly 1:10.
