Yogurt Omelet Oil-free and Water-free Version

Two eggs, knock them into a large bowl and beat them up. Add 1 cup of yogurt to the eggs and mix well. Then add flour, 6 flat spoons of porcelain spoons for soup, and 3 spoons of flour at most for 1 egg.

Mix until no particles are visible. Leave it for twenty minutes. Stir until there are no particles.

Heat in a nonstick pan over low heat. Drop a large spoon vertically into the pot into a circle. Fry until there is no liquid in the foam and can be turned over.
