Yogurt Sawdust Cup
1.
Cooked edamame, 180 grams of yogurt, 25 grams of fine sugar into the mixing cup; blueberries, 150 grams of yogurt, and 20 grams of fine sugar into the mixing cup
2.
Separately beat with a stirring rod until fine, edamame and blueberries are basically broken
3.
Add 10 grams of whipped cream and sugar, and beat until there are obvious lines
4.
Divide the whipped cream into 2 mixing cups and mix well
5.
The digestive biscuits are finely minced with a food processor, put into the bottom of the sawdust cup, and compacted with a spoon
6.
Put the mixed yogurt paste into a piping bag
7.
Squeeze a layer of yogurt paste into the cup and sprinkle with a layer of biscuit crumbs
8.
Repeat this twice until the cup is filled with a layer of biscuit crumbs on the surface of the cup, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour; after taking it out, decorate with edamame or small biscuits.
Tips:
There are two flavors in a yogurt sawdust cup. The effect after refrigeration is not inferior to that of pure whipped cream, but the calories are lower.
