Tips:
The Qingming grass is delicious, and the wormwood is also good. There is a slight difference in the taste of the two, the wormwood has a little bitterness, you may need to add some sugar when making the dough. Later, wormwood pulp and flour are used to make buns, but the wormwood flavor is a bit heavy, and the molding effect is not as good as corn syrup and cooked pumpkin. Wormwood is still more suitable for mixing with glutinous rice flour, to make Qingtuan, Aijiao or Tangyuan, in short, add some sugar, it should be more delicious. ^^
