Yunnan Black Three Chops

Prepare the ingredients. The red pepper I use is vegetable pepper. If you like spicy food, you can add a few millet hot peppers.

Rose kohlrabi is black and black. It is sold in vegetable farms and supermarkets. It is a pickled vegetable with mustard head. Because rose brown sugar is used in the pickling process, kohlrabi will also have a slight rose fragrance.

Cut the rose kohlrabi into thick slices, then strips, and finally dice.

Soak the cut rose kohlrabi for a few minutes in clean water to remove some saltiness.

Start the pan, heat the pan with cool oil, add the kohlrabi at 50% or 60% of the oil and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, fry the water in the kohlrabi, and then set aside. The water in the kohlrabi will be more fragrant.

Put the minced meat in the bottom oil and fry until the oil is out of the minced meat. The minced meat will be more fragrant when it crackles in the pan.

Add chopped green and red peppers and stir fry to get a chili flavor. Wash the green and red peppers in advance and cut them into diced peppers. I forgot to take pictures.

Add diced rose kohlrabi and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of sweet soy sauce and stir fry evenly. Sweet soy sauce can be replaced with light soy sauce and sugar.

Rose kohlrabi is salty, so you don’t need to add salt. If you still feel salty, you can add a little sugar to blend it.
