[su Cai]: Yongheyuan Assorted Jelly

Cut the jelly into cubes and put it in a bowl with ice water to make it cooler.

Saute the dried shrimps with hot oil; chop garlic into minced pieces; cut kohlrabi into small cubes; wash and chop coriander and set aside.

In addition to the dried shrimps, sesame oil, and coriander, mix the seasonings thoroughly in a small bowl.

Pour into a bowl of jelly, and finally remove the shrimp skin, coriander, and sesame oil to taste.
