Add sugar to the whipped cream, whip, and whip until the lines can flow, about 7 minutes. Then put half of the cream in the mousse and mix well, then pour the evenly stirred mousse into the remaining cream and mix well. When the mold is ready, pour one-third of the mousse, because there is still a cake in the middle, so don't put too much in the first time. Then put the frozen layer for freezing, and wait for it to solidify.

When freezing the mousse, prepare the sandwich cake. Cut the cake into a heart shape a little smaller than the mold, the mold is 7 inches. When the mousse in the refrigerator is almost frozen, take it out, put the cake in the middle, and pour the remaining mousse. (If you make mousse in winter, put the rest in warm water to prevent it from solidifying.) When it is full, put it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator for complete freezing. Take it out the next day and demould it
