Cream Cheese Biscuits

Cut the butter and cream cheese into small pieces and put them in a basin. The basin sits in a larger pot of hot water to soften. (It can also be taken out in advance to soften at room temperature)

Whisk the softened butter and cream cheese evenly and smoothly.

Add powdered sugar.

Whisk evenly and smoothly.

Sift in low powder and salt.

Use a mixing knife to mix the flour into a dough, or use your hands to knead into a dough.

Divide the dough into 25 equal parts and place them in a baking pan.
