Irish coffee is a kind of cocktail, and it is one of the few hot cocktails.

I drank Irish coffee for the first time in a country pub in a small town in the UK.

There are all kinds of coffee with alcohol in the bar, I specially chose Irish coffee.

Fragrant coffee, topped with fresh cream, a touch of whiskey

Baileys is a fusion of whipped cream and whiskey

So I had a whim to make a frozen version of solid Irish coffee"

A Bit Sweet in Bitterness-baileys Irish Coffee Jelly

1. Ingredients: 50ml Baileys liqueur, 2 scoops of coffee powder, 50ml milk, 10g isinglass powder, appropriate amount of sugar.

2. Boil the ground coffee in the coffee machine first, and let it cool for later use.

3. The isinglass powder is melted in cold water, and then melted in insulated water.

4. Mix the coffee and isinglass.

5. Pour it into a small yogurt bottle, then put it in the refrigerator to freeze it.
