Tips:
1. Fruit juices should be squeezed and drunk, otherwise the oxygen in the air will rapidly reduce the vitamin C content. In addition, although the fruit juice is nutritious and delicious, it should be moderate. Drinking 200ml a day is the most suitable. Moreover, juice cannot replace fruit.
2. When the baby is 5 months old, you can add fresh fruit juice or fruit puree, but it is not recommended to add citrus and tomato fruits, because these fruits are easy to cause allergies in children. Citrus and tomato fruits can be added at the age of 8 months, and corn-based foods should also be added after the baby is 8 months old.
3. Vitamin C can promote the absorption of iron and help maintain the health of bones and gums. The rich dietary fiber in the juice helps the baby's intestinal health and helps the baby to digest and avoid getting angry.
4. After the baby has eaten or drank citrus food or drink, he should wait at least 30 minutes before brushing his teeth. Because the citric acid in the fruit can temporarily weaken tooth enamel, temporarily fragile teeth will be eroded by brushing.
