Sour Pear Soup

Ingredients: sour pear, orange, hawthorn, rock sugar, lemon.

Wash the red fruits and remove the pits, peel the sour pears and cut into pieces, peel the oranges and set aside

Put the cut red fruits, sour pears, and oranges into a boiling pot together, and add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil on high heat, change to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Wash the lemon and slice it while cooking the sour pear soup.

Cook for about 20 minutes, the soup will thicken, add rock sugar

Cook until the rock sugar melts, add the sliced lemon slices and turn off the heat.
