A Must-eat for Relieving Heat in Summer--guiling Paste

The dosage and proportion are stated on the bag. Stir it with a little bit of cold water to form a paste, and it will feel evenly melted, then add some water to adjust to the following concentration. Be sure not to add too much water at once. Easy to agglomerate.

Bring the water to a boil, and slowly stir in the Guiling paste to completely dissolve it.

Let it cool completely, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until it is solid.

After solidification, use a knife to mark out the grid on the top.

When eating, pour sugar, honey or condensed milk with a spoon to eat.
Tips:
1. In order to make the taste smoother, filter it twice with a filter.
2. For the ratio, please refer to the instructions on the bag of Guiling paste.
3. Guiling paste can be added according to your own taste.
