Use a walnut clip to open the walnuts and take out the walnuts.

Put the walnuts in the middle of the oven at 150° and bake for 10 minutes.

Take out the roasted walnut kernels and let them cool thoroughly, and blow off the floating skin. Take a clean wok and put it on the stove to dry on high heat.

Add 4 tablespoons of white sugar and simmer slowly over low heat. During the cooking process, stir continuously with a wooden spatula until all the sugar is melted.

After being out of the pan, let it cool slightly to an acceptable temperature (not too long, or the sugar will re-solidify if the temperature is too low), then break the glued walnut kernels apart by hand, and let them cool naturally before eating.
