Today, I will share the practice of assorted egg boats. The unique shape can attract children's attention.

Assorted Egg Boats

1. Prepare the ingredients;

2. Poke a small hole at the big end of the egg with a steel needle (this can prevent the egg from breaking), and put it on the steaming rack of the egg steamer;

3. Take an appropriate amount of water (as shown in the picture) and pour it into the steaming tray under the steaming rack;

4. Turn on the power, close the lid, and press the start button to start steaming the eggs; when the eggs are cooked, there will be a buzzer reminder, just press the start button to turn off;

5. When steaming the eggs, blanch the mixed vegetables over water, remove the water and drain, and chop the cooked walnuts into fine pieces;

6. After the steamed eggs are taken out of the egg steamer, immediately put them in cold water and soak for about one minute, so that they are easy to peel;

7. Shell the eggs and cut in half, and separate the yolk and protein;

8. First use a spoon to press the egg yolk into small crumbles, then mix it with mixed vegetables, walnut kernels, and cooked black sesame seeds, and then put it into the egg whites;

9. It’s colorful and nutritious. I decorated it with mint leaves. Isn’t it more like a boat?

Tips:

1. For those with heavy taste, you can also pour some light soy sauce in seasoning. I think it is better to have a lighter taste for children;
2. The ingredients mixed with the egg yolk can be changed and added according to your own preferences;
3. The egg must be steamed until fully cooked, otherwise the yolk will be soft and not easy to crush.
