Boil the marinated eggs and cook for 1 and a half minutes after the water is boiled. Because the eggs I use are small, the cooking time is very short. If you use a large egg, you can cook it for 2-3 minutes. But it is best to cook for 2 minutes and then remove it to ensure that the yolk is still liquid. If the yolk is cooked, the taste of the baked egg will be completely different, and it will not be so delicious. This is very important!

Immediately remove the boiled eggs and put them in the baking tray

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees in advance. I preheated the oven before cooking the eggs. Bake at 200°C for 4 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the oven cool down to 100°C naturally
