1. Leftover rice, peeled shrimp, diced ham, chopped green onion and egg three beaten together to make egg crust and one beaten up and put in the fried rice

2. Fry the rice first, just like the usual fried rice...

3. Pour three eggs evenly into the pan to make egg crust

4. Put the fried rice in the egg skin and wrap it

5. You're done

Tips:

Remember to put a little salt in the egg and throw it away
