Cut the mango into pieces and put it into the blender. According to personal preference, it can be blended into mango juice or mixed with some pulp in the mango juice. Soak the gelatine slices in ice water to soften, take it out, put it in a bowl, add a little bit of boiled water, add some sugar according to personal preference, boil it in water, pour it into the mango juice and stir evenly. If you like pudding Q, you can increase the amount of gelatine tablets.

Pour the mango juice into the sterilized bottle, put it on the 12 continuous mold, and place it diagonally. If you make less, you can put a smaller mold. I use one and a half catty mango to make 5 cups. Keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
