Start the bread maker's kneading program, mix into a smooth dough, put in softened butter, and continue the kneading program (I usually knead the dough for 20 minutes).

Making toast requires relatively high kneading, and kneading to the fully extended stage, that is, the glove film is usually said, so that the bread will be soft and silky. After kneading the dough in the bread machine, if you feel that the film has not yet come out, you can take it out and beat it for a few minutes to make it easier to come out.

Perform the first fermentation. The bread machine can choose the fermentation function, usually one hour. After fermentation, the dough grows to twice its size, and you can poke it with your fingers without shrinking or collapsing. (If it is retracted, it means that it has not been sent in place; if it is collapsed, it means that it has been overspread. In case of overspreading, you can add some edible alkali to the dough to reduce the sourness, but this is only an emergency method)

While the dough is fermenting, you can make coconut filling. Pour the white sugar into the softened butter, stir until the butter and white sugar are completely mixed, and pour in the egg liquid in batches (pour the egg liquid in batches to avoid separation of oil and water).

After the butter, white sugar and whole egg mixture are completely mixed, pour in the minced coconut, stir well, and set aside.

After the dough is finished, the dough is opened and the dough is exhausted. Generally, it takes about 5 minutes. After venting, roll the dough into a rectangular shape and spread coconut filling on 2/3 of the area.

After the shaping is completed, a second fermentation is carried out and the mold is 9 minutes full. It can be placed in an oven, with a pot of warm water under the oven to increase humidity; or it can be fermented at room temperature.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, brush the surface with whole egg liquid, put it in the preheated oven, adjust to 175 degrees, bake for about 40 minutes, observe in the middle, and cover the tin foil when the color is satisfied. (Each oven has a different temper. Please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual situation of your own oven.)

After baking, put it on the grill to dry, and put it in a bag when it is a little overheated, and keep it tightly sealed.

Tips:
1. Sugar and salt are opened in the two corners of the bread bucket;
2. Salt and yeast cannot be in direct contact, they must be separated and the yeast must be put at the end;
3. The post-oil method is used here. Putting the butter afterwards can make the bread taste softer;
4. If the taste of the bread is not soft enough, like steamed bread, you can find the reason from the following aspects: whether the yeast is invalid (the yeast should be sealed and refrigerated after opening), use bread flour instead of ordinary high-gluten flour, and noodles And whether the two fermentations are in place;
5. I usually use the bread machine to make the noodles and the first fermentation. If there is no bread machine, it can be done manually. The same effect can be achieved, but it will be a little harder;
6. When making coconut fillings, the butter is softened, not melted. The butter is liquid after melting. The coconut fillings made from liquid butter make you want to cry when the coconut fillings are shaped~ Also, if there is separation of oil and water, Don't be nervous, after adding coconut paste, you basically can't see anything;
