Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water until the hair is fully swelled. Put the gelatine into the microwave on high heat for 30 seconds to melt. The liquid is transparent, let cool for later use.

Add coffee powder to 20 grams of warm water, mix thoroughly, and let cool.

Take powdered sugar and add whipped cream.

Hit to 60% hair, there are lines and flow. (You can take a small amount of cream for decoration in this step.)

Pour the coffee liquid into the cream bowl and beat evenly.

Then pour in the gelatin liquid and beat again evenly.

The mousse is packed in a piping bag, and then put into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator for several hours and it is easy to demould; for example, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 4 hours in a mousse cup.

After demoulding, whip 50 grams of whipped cream, 15 grams of powdered sugar, squeeze the cream, and decorate with fruits.
Tips:
1. Just whipped the whipped cream into a flowing state.
2. This weight is just right for 6 molds.
3. The plastic mold should be frozen in place for demoulding. You can enjoy it by refrigerating it in a cup for a few hours.
4. The amount of coffee powder is quite strong, but it can be less.
5. If using mousse ring, make the bottom of the biscuit: 60 grams of salty biscuits, 40 grams of butter, melted butter and biscuits, mix well, spread on the bottom of the mousse ring and refrigerate for later use, and then make the liquid.
