Wash the fresh lamb, drain the water, and cut into small diced meats of 1-2 cm. Thread the skewers in a way that every two pieces of lean meat are separated by one piece of fat. Each skewer is preferably 7-9 pieces.

Take a large plate and hold the barbecue sauce; prepare a small brush.

Preheat the oven to a suitable temperature; wait until the open flame is completely extinguished and spread the skewers on the shelf.

When the surface of the meat skewers changes color, turn it over, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the color change side and bake for 2 minutes;

When lamb 7 is mature, brush with barbecue sauce; bake for 1 minute and serve
