Chama Guqing Stewed Lamb

Ingredients: Chamagu bone-in lamb, onion, salt and coriander

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces, and cut the lamb into pieces

Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, turn to a low heat, add onions and simmer for about 2 hours

Wash Chamagu and cut into pieces

Tips:
Bring the soup to a boil, and the boiling soup will continue to roll up. As soon as the froth appears, it will begin to skim. If it is boiled for a while, the impurities will become cloudy and the soup will become muddy and unpleasant. With a good taste, the quality of the entire soup is greatly reduced.
