Astragalus Warm Stomach Congee

1. Astragalus 10g, 100g glutinous rice, 10 red dates, 200g fresh mutton, salt, pepper, dried tangerine peel powder, and ginger.

2. Wash the mutton, add dried tangerine peel powder and ginger, cook and cut into filaments.

Wash the red dates and remove the pits, and wash the astragalus.

Put astragalus, red dates and glutinous rice together in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to low heat and simmer until the glutinous rice is cooked and soft, add shredded lamb, salt, and pepper to cook.
