Prepare materials.

Stir the egg yolks with sugar.

Beat until thick and lighter in color. It takes about 5 minutes manually.

Add the whipped cream and vanilla essential oil to a low heat. When bubbles begin to appear on the edges, remove from the heat.

Add little by little to the egg yolk paste, stirring constantly.

Pour into the mold, exactly 4 3-inch baking cups, heat water in the baking pan to the middle line of the baking cup.

Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When the surface is trembling when shaking, take it out, place on the grill, let cool to room temperature, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for more than 4 hours.

Tips:
1. If you want a grilled brulee with a normal taste, you can slightly increase the time by 5-10 minutes, but I strongly recommend that you try this one, it really tastes great!
