Additive-free Delicious Ice Cream-mango Ice Cream

Put the sugar and water in the pot and heat it on a low heat until the sugar is melted. Don't boil it during the cooking process.

After the sugar melts, turn the heat to high, stop the fire for 5 minutes after boiling, and cool the syrup for later use.

Wash the fresh mangoes and peel them, take out the pieces of pulp and set aside.

Put the fresh mango flesh, mango juice concentrate and cooled syrup into the juicer together, turn on the machine and stir evenly.
