Adzuki Bean Yokan

Tear the agar into small pieces and soak in water for about 20 minutes

Pour water in a small pot, then add red bean paste

Stir evenly while heating

Remove the soaked agar and put it in the pot, and cook until the agar is completely melted.

Allow the red bean soup to cool down, pour it into a flat-bottomed container, and freeze it after cooling and refrigerating. Cut into pieces after removing the film.
