Afternoon Snack---phoenix Shrimp

Wash the shrimp and remove the shell, leaving the front section of the tail.

Marinate with white pepper and salt for about 1 hour.

Dip the shrimp with cornstarch and dip it in the egg mixture. (I forgot to take the picture in the egg liquid.)
4.
Roll it in bread flour again.
5.
Put a small amount of oil in the pan, and put the shrimp coated with bread flour into the pan. (Turn on a small fire)
6.
Keep turning the shrimp over and wait until both sides turn golden brown and the shrimp are bent up, then they can be served on the plate.
7.
Dip it in a special sauce for dipping shrimp, it is delicious.
