Agaricus Blazei Lamb Stew

Ingredients: 800 grams of lamb chops, 100 grams of Agaricus blazei
Accessories: 10 grams of salt, 3 grams of ginger, 20 grams of wolfberry, 5 red dates
Wash lamb chops and cut into large pieces, slice ginger

Wash the wolfberry and red dates with bubbles, and soak the Agaricus blazei in cold water.

Add Agaricus blazei and simmer for about 60 minutes (my lamb is a particularly good stew)

Tips:
1. Simmer slowly over low heat, the soup surface has only two or three boiling points, bubbling "dang-dang-dang".
2. Normal lamb should be stewed for about two hours, so that the stewed lamb is cooked and not rotten, and chewy
