Amaranth Rolls

Remove the roots of the green amaranth, remove the thick stems, and wash.

Wash two louvers and drain the water.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the green amaranth in the blanching water.

Drain the water and put it in a bowl.
5.
Spread the entire louver on the cutting board.
6.
Put the drained amaranth into the edge of the louver.
7.
Roll up from the side and cut diagonally into equal segments.
8.
Place them on the plate one by one, leaving blanks.

Prepare a small dish, add 2 tablespoons of June fresh soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, chopped green onions, appropriate amount of white sugar, red hot pepper and mix well.
10.
Put the small dish in the middle of the dish, the finished product.
