Stir-fried Green Amaranth

I bought this green amaranth that is very tender today

Take off the head, soak and wash it, pick up and drain it for later use

Cut some minced garlic

Put the oil in a hot pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant

Put the green amaranth in the pot for a minute and then turn it over and fry it evenly.

Mix a little salt, sugar, and shiitake mushroom powder and stir fry.

Finished product. It's green and delicious.
