Mix the flour;

Add eggs and water little by little to make a smooth dough;

Pour a little vegetable oil on the dough, then knead it into the dough, beat the dough for a while to become a smooth dough; wrap the dough with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes, knead for a few minutes after wake up, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator;

Take out the dough early the next day, roll it out into long strips and divide into equal portions;

Fold the two long noodles together, press it with chopsticks, and pinch the two ends tightly.

The oil in the wok is 70% hot. After the raw dough sticks are placed in the pan, the dough sticks will float and expand. Use chopsticks to flip them quickly to fry them.
Tips:
The dough needs to be reconciled in advance, the longer the 饧 time, the fried dough sticks will become soft and swollen.
