Ang Thorn Fish Stewed Tofu

Remove the gills and belly of the ang thorn fish, wash, and cut the tofu into pieces.

The oil is hot in the pan, put the thorn fish down and fry on medium heat.

Fry on both sides and serve.

Take another pot, put an appropriate amount of water, put down the thorn fish, add ginger slices.

Add cooking wine, green onion knots, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Put the tofu down and boil on high heat for 4 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, chicken essence, and chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Add enough water at once.
2. Tofu with internal fat is more tender.
