Ang Thorn Fish Tofu Soup

Wash the ang thorn fish and set aside.

Cut tofu into pieces.
3.
Ang thorn fish is fried in the pan.
4.
Add green onion and ginger for a fragrance.
5.
Add water to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer.
6.
After 20 minutes, transfer to a casserole, add tofu, cover and keep stuffing for a while, add salt.
