Angelica Lamb and Ginger Soup

Tips:
The above serving size is for two persons, and the ingredients for one person should be halved. It is very suitable for dysmenorrhea with loss of Qi and blood. The symptoms are cold pain in the abdomen during menstruation or abdominal pain in women with postpartum deficiency, palpitation, shortness of breath, low menstrual flow, mental fatigue, pale tongue, white coating, weak pulse, and it has the effect of nourishing Qi and blood.
