Angelica Nourishing Lamb Soup

Put large pieces of lamb chops into the pot and blanch them. Pour a little cooking wine and a few slices of ginger into the pot.

Boil the water in a casserole and scoop the blanched lamb into the casserole.

Rinse the angelica and astragalus and pour it into a casserole.
4.
Add a few dried longan.
5.
Add a few medlars.
6.
Add a few donkey-hide dates.
7.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for a full hour.
8.
Add salt when drinking.
