Appetizing Hawthorn Slices

Prepare ingredients: pick and wash fresh hawthorn;

Soak in salt water for 10 minutes;

Remove the head, tail, and seeds of the hawthorn, and cut into quarters;

Put it into the food processor, add an appropriate amount of water to break; PS: each food processor is different, and filter without slag removal

Pour the hawthorn pulp into a non-stick pan;

Add white sugar and simmer on low heat;

After the white sugar has melted, add the maltose and cook until thick and the spatula can't be lifted off;

Let the cooked hawthorn paste cool, put aluminum foil on the baking tray, pour in the hawthorn paste, and smooth it with a spatula; the thickness is about 1cm;
9.
Preheat the oven, 160 degrees, up and down, 50 minutes, bake, let cool and cut into pieces.
Tips:
1. Hawthorn needs to be soaked and washed in salt water;
2. Each cooking machine is different, and the amount of water added is different;
3. Each oven is different, and the baking time is slightly different.
