Appetizing Orange Wine
1.
Both the flavor of the wine itself and the concentration of alcohol will affect the aroma and mellowness of the fruit wine, so choose a colorless, no special taste of grain wine, here I use sorghum wine. It is the peak season for oranges, so it is particularly suitable to use oranges as fruit wine.
2.
Oranges can be used as oranges. Wash the orange zest with salt. If you don’t like the zest, you can just use it. The cleaned oranges should be completely air-dried or air-dried on the surface. There must be no moisture.
3.
Knives and cutting boards should also be oil and water free. First remove the two ends of the orange, cut the orange peel into several portions, and then tear it off.
4.
Cut the oranges into slices with a thickness of 2 cm.
5.
I use glass bottles for wine containers. The bottle should be steamed and sterilized. Then a layer of oranges, a layer of rock sugar, and finally put orange peel on top
6.
Finally, pour the sorghum wine.
7.
Keep the lid tightly sealed. The rock sugar melted completely after 1 week. After putting it in a cool place for 3 months, remove the orange peel and discard it. After aging for 1-2 months, the wine will taste more fragrant.
Tips:
After brewing, unpack the filter residue and bottle it for drinking.
