2.

4.
Add an appropriate amount of honey to the cooled apple-banana sauce to improve its viscosity.
5.
Use a knife to make a few openings on the left half of the puff pastry.
6.
Wrap the filling in the puff pastry and seal the edges with a fork.
7.
The prepared apple banana pie is placed in a baking tray, and the surface is brushed with egg liquid.
8.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat for about 10 minutes.
9.
Finally, decorate with seasonal fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar to complete it.
Tips:
1. Diced apples can be cut into different sizes as much as possible, so that the final product can have three tastes: apple sauce, soft apple and crisp apple.
2. When frying apple banana sauce, you can add proper amount of rum or raisins to increase the flavor.
3. Because the puff pastry will melt and deform when preheated, the fried filling must be completely cooled before proceeding to the next step.
4. The puff pastry must be operated while it is cold. When I made it, the wattage of the light beside it was too high, so it was a little soft when I made it, and the shape was not so perfect.
5. Be sure to open the puff pastry to facilitate the evaporation of water vapor, so that the bottom of the pies will not collapse.
