Apple Cake

Prepare the required materials.

Peel the apples and cut them into slices, soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes, then remove and drain the water.

Add the softened butter and caster sugar, then beat it.

Add egg liquid in portions.

Whisk until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined, then add another time.

Then sift in the mixed low powder and baking powder.

Mix well with a spatula and serve as a cake dough.

Set aside a small part of the cake blank, and press the others into the bottom and around the cake mold.

Put the drained apples into the cake base.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of coarse sugar and cinnamon powder on the surface of the apple.

Roll the remaining cake base into long strips and arrange them into a grid.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, put on the middle layer, and bake for about 45-50 minutes.

Let cool and serve immediately after baking.
Tips:
The mold I use is a 6-inch cake mold. I share two apples. You can also sprinkle lemon juice on the apples to prevent oxidation.
