Apple Crisp

Wash the apples, remove the core, and cut into apple slices about 1.5 mm (not too thin)

Soak in water while cutting, squeeze some lemon juice into the water to prevent oxidation

Spread it on oiled paper, spread it out as much as possible

The oven is 100 ℃ circulating hot air, I bake for about 1 hour and 40 minutes
