Apple Cucumber Egg Salad

Peel and dice the apples, soak them in light salt water to prevent oxidation.

Wash the small yellow claws and dice.
3.
The tea eggs are shelled and cut into small pieces.
4.
Put the apples and cucumbers in a large bowl, and put on mayonnaise (beautiful milk).
5.
Mix well, add eggs and mix for a while.
6.
Sprinkle with dried apricots and dried cranberries.
