Homemade dried apples, natural and additive-free, healthy snacks. "

Ingredients

Dried Apples

1. Peel the Fuji apples and soak them in light salt water to prevent oxidation.

2. Cut the apple in half, core out and cut into slices about 7mm thick.

3. Soak it in dilute salt water to prevent oxidation. The dried apples will keep the original color.

4. Arrange the apple slices on the plate of the air dryer.

5. My air dryer has 4 layers of plates, fold them up, close the lid and start to air dry.

6. 8 hours will be fine. (The time depends on the thickness of the apple and the desired dry humidity)

7. The amount of 8 apples. (This air dryer can make dried fruit and meat, it doesn’t need to be on fire, it’s very convenient)

8. The taste is sweet and sour, and it is delicious.
