Freshly Squeezed Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Peel and core the apple and cut into small pieces, and peel and cut the carrot into small pieces. The best is the Red Fuji apple, which is sweeter and crunchy.

Put it in a food processor or juicer and add 2 cups of purified water. Turn it on for about 30 seconds until it becomes a slushy.

Strain it and enjoy it without adding sugar. If the apple is not so sweet and sour, you can add some honey. Two cups of purified water is filtered and also two cups of juice.
