Apple Invisible Cake
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Peel the core of the apple and cut into thin slices. Mix eggs, sugar, milk and low-gluten flour into a batter, add melted butter and vanilla extract and mix well.
3.
Put the apple slices into the batter and mix it up.
4.
Put the mixed apple slice batter into the cake mold and press firmly.
5.
Bake at 185°C for 30 minutes.
6.
There are scorch marks on the edges of the apple slices on the surface. Just use a toothpick to stick the cake with no liquid.
7.
Unmold the cake and let it dry in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
8.
Cut into pieces and serve with caramel cream sauce or other jams.
Tips:
1. Apples should be bigger and crisper. Don't be soft. The 3 big ones in my photo weren’t enough, so I added another one later.
2. Vanilla extract is necessary to enhance a lot of taste and mask the sour and astringent taste of apples.
3. If you don't have jam or cream sauce, double the amount of sugar, it's not sweet and not tasty.
