Apple Jelly

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, soak in light salt water and cook them in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain the water

Process the fruit puree with a cooking machine

Pour the puree into a clean pot, add a small bowl of maltose syrup and a small amount of sugar and boil until it becomes thick
